Mr. Vijay Deshpande, an entrepreneur from Pune, is the Director and founding member who started this company in 1983. A Technocrat from Pune University, he started the operations from a very small outhouse. he had developed 2 equipment as University projects which were
received Gold Medals. Upon completion of his studies he joined Aplab. Within a span of 2 years he had developed first UPS system for Aplab which turned out to be a flagship product
for the company. A passion for innovation and inventing new technology for the benefit of industry and environment at a large, he has started his own venture manufacturing Solar
System in 1983. After working for 32 years in the segment, he started researching for new
technology. He spent almost 2 years and discovered that Induction Heating is suitable, cost effective alternative for any fuel based Heating system. Since it was a new concept, it took almost 5 years for the industry to appreciate the solution. Today, Eltech is relentlessly promoting this solution replacing any fuel based heating arrangement such as Rubber Curing,
Hardening & Quenching, Shrink Fitting and many such applications.
Ms. Richa Nadkar
Director
Richa Nadkar, has completed her Masters from University of Leeds in Embedded system.
With an entrepreneurial appetite and a passion to help environment at a large, she has joined her father in 2019 @ Eltech. She started her career as a lecturer @ G. H. Raisoni college Pune. With a very strong technical background, she has successfully designed control cards for Piccolo family and written firmware for many devices. She is the Technology Director @ Eltech
Mr. Vijay Badhe
Director
Vijay Badhe, serial entrepreneur, is a post graduate from Nagpur University. Because of a strong intent, he started a business in electronic equipment manufacturing immediately after pass out in 1998. He developed a SPM which measures the fineness of the powdered material. This product has captured 32% of the share in its category. In 2013, he developed first local Touch Screen which then became a part of many products including LOP & COP for elevators. Today, it is turned into 20Cr company which manufactures complete Elevator Electronics. With few of the industrial products he ventured into Eltech 7 years back.
